HyMy Village brings free physical activity sessions to the Community Center!

The program offers relaxed, light physical activities and reaction training. Participation is free of charge and suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. The sessions are led by social and healthcare students from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and come with an open mind! Kindly attend only if you are feeling well.

In addition, the program offers guidance, a sense of community, and social interaction with varying themes. Topics may include physical activity, brain health, nutrition, service guidance, or something entirely different.
