What happens at the Senior Club?
Kurkimäki Community Center provides senior club members with facilities and equipment for a wide range of activities. Participants can, for example, engage in visual arts and crafts, sing together, take part in chair-based exercise, play outdoor games such as croquet or pétanque, or join discussion groups. From time to time, excursions are organized to interesting destinations both nearby and further away. Activities are planned together with the participants and are guided. The most important things are doing things together and enjoying a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The Senior Club is free of charge, but excursions may involve a small self-funded fee.
